OUR CORPORATE MENU

As a full-service caterer, we are pleased to work with you on menus suited to meet your needs. Please feel free to inquire about our full menu.

ORDERING

We appreciate your order as far in advance as possible. We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders. Breakfast and Lunch orders must be received by Two Skillets at least two days prior to your event. For shorter lead times, please call us directly for availability.

DELIVERY AND SET-UP

Two Skillets delivers to DFW and surrounding Metroplex. Orders including chafing dishes or equipment pickups are charged an additional $1000 per delivery. Please contact us for special set-up needs and additional pricing that may apply.

PAYMENT

All events must be paid in full prior to delivery.

WARM MENU ITEMS AND CHAFING DISHES

Hot menu selections require on-site warming. You may purchase 8-quart disposable chafing dishes with fuel for $7.50 each. Please keep in mind that some menu items require additional heating time in order to remain safe to consume.

EQUIPMENT

Your corporate drop-off order will be presented on disposable platters. Two Skillets Catering can also provide chafing dishes, linens, fine china, glasses, silverware, tables, and chairs as requested at an additional charge. A 2-week notice is required for these items to ensure availability.

BILLING

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept ACH (upon approval), Cash and Check payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As per your contract with Two Skillets Catering, cancellation must be received by Two Skillets via e-mail or in written form no later than 10am three business days prior to your event. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge to the client, including events cancelled due to inclement weather.

SERVICE PERSONNEL

Our professional staff, including event supervisors, chefs, servers and bartenders, is available upon request. We suggest the addition of staff for service of all hot food orders and receptions of 25 guests or more.

FULL-SERVICE EVENTS

Two Skillets will help you build a custom menu for your event and will assist you with all of your event needs including staff, decor, linens, equipment, DJs, and more.
